      Work life balance could be better if they spread out the enormous amount of work to more people.

      Avantages

      Prior to Standard Industries taking over, great place to work all around.

      Inconvénients

      No hybrid/remote work, reduction in 401k contributions, several rounds of layoffs, promotions approved and never materialize (>6 month process). No one is empowered to make decisions, yet are held accountable for results.
