Talented group, typical VC issues - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Visually

As a remote employee, I enjoyed working here and all of the talented people I worked with. I love that they embrace the remote work style, which opens the door for them to hire any talent around the world (which they did). There were frequent Skype meetings to check in on project status. Management didn't micro-manage at all and trusted each of their employees.

Sometimes it was hard to collaborate ideas with a team who was in 5 different places at once, but that's more of a personal work style preference.

Smart team, focused on building a great product. Working at Visually had that classic startup feel: small office, open desks, and everyone was hustling toward a common goal.

Office politics. There were many different groups and channels of information that you would hear or not hear depending on who you were friends with inside the company.
