Avantages

VisionTree as an organization is a great place to work giving equal opportunity to all the Employee to grow by leaps and bound in their respective roles. Organization is Process Oriented hence individual has all freedom to perform their duties to achieve the defined goals. It is the Growing Organization having "CUSTOMER FIRST" as an attitude where all the associated Team Members collaborate and goes extra mile to help overcome the challenges to achieve the organization objective.

Inconvénients

It is the company which will embrace individual with the core capabilities who can add value everyday by achieving the Performance Indices! This might not be favorable to the one who at looking to learn to build their career!

Avantages

I have been into sales for nearly for 8 years and throughout my career, I contributed for enterprise customers. I have been either given territory or technology or vertical to focus and guided to drive sales cycle to win customer. it is pretty interesting to see that organization is training individual to master practical challenges associated with Industry and line of business to engage customers instead of its product and service offering. I have seen some initial success in last three months, hoping it would be better; it is bit different but I am liking it.

Inconvénients

Organization structured to engage by customer situation and opens up rest of the organization for an opportunity in hand. May it has to keep some resources on standby to drive unexpected sales cycle as well.

Inconvénients

- As it is growing company, so some areas required improvements. - Improvements comes with changes, so adoption became challenge sometime. But that's the way how company grows.
