Avantages
Most employees are easy to get along with. Decent benefits. Hours can be flexible, depending on position.
Inconvénients
Job descriptions change daily. Communication is murky, so what your immediate supervisor tells you maybe lost in translation when it comes from upper management. Atmosphere of cronyism, rules apply to some and not others. No female executives, and not many women at all in middle management. Definitely a boys club. Absolutely no transparency whatsoever, whether it has to do with in house decisions, addressing negative media to employees, or changes in personnel.
