      The Benefits and PTO are good here

      Inconvénients

      Chaotic work environment, Expect to walk into a backlog of work that has not been done for years but expected of you to get done in an unreasonable time frame. Company is sinking financially due to embezelment and more. Atmosphere is always cold, thick and unwelcoming. Prepare to walk on eggshells and to be terminated without notice or warning for absolutely nothing.

      Avantages

      No growth at VBCDC and it is a reflection on managements inability to manage staff or tenants. No clue how to run a business or treat customers.

      Inconvénients

      Management are a bunch of liars and all need to be drug tested. 3 temp agencies needed to run the place and constantly firing good employees. Management bullies staff and tenants. Tenants are treated poorly and their concerns are not addressed. Place needs EXTREME accountability from Management. The board or advisors have no clue how bad it truly is to work here. Screaming overhaul on management. Worst place Ive ever worked! Padded pockets!
