      Avantages

      The company as a whole seemed great.

      Inconvénients

      Not culturally diverse, when having issues with boss HR doesn’t try to resolve the issue and get the team back on track. It was very one-sided and training was horrible.

      Avantages

      My time at Vionic was great. The people are wonderful. I loved my team and the collaborative and cooperative mindset. There are opportunities for growth, in fact there are mandatory goals set with your manager that are reviewed twice yearly (at least that was the case when I was there). The pay was on the high end for my title. They valued work life balance, I very rarely worked over time.

      Inconvénients

      None really, I had a great boss that worked with me on any issues that came up and trusted me.
