      Avantages

      I have worked for Via source for about 2 years in a half going on 3. I loved working here. The team members were super supportive as well as the teams leads. The pay is weekly and decent. I was able to save time and gas by working at home.I also developed skills that were helpful when communicating to different people with various personalities. Working with Viasource has given me flexibility to pursue my Ph.D in clinical psychology, be closer to my children (1 and 2 years old) and work full time to make a living. Via source is a force to be reckon with! I recommend Viasource to anyone who has a very busy schedule or just wants to be closer to family.

      Recruiters are great and are excellent at connecting employees and employers.

      Positions are as needed and not as steady as one may want for full time employment.

      Avantages

      the job was remote. you basically cold call medicare/medicaid members or doctors offices and read a script of questions

      Inconvénients

      the jobs are seasonal. they act like if you did a better job at dispositioning certain calls so that they could never be called again that the job would have lasted longer but in reality there is an end date anyway. the last contract i did was calling kidney dialysis patients and I could see our calls slowing down so i did some digging online and found the exact date from the medicare site when the surveys would be done. we had no heads up from viasource that the job was done until the monday after that date and of course we were blamed for it not going on longer.
