Inconvénients
When you work here, you wish you were in a hire and fire company. Because these people don't just fire you, they hold back dues. No projects to work on. Too much internal politics. No business unit lasts more than 2-3 years. There a firing spree every quarter. Salaries are not done on time. PF is deducted from salary but not credited to PF account on time. TDS is deducted but not paid to Income Tax Department on time. When you are fired or if you quit, last month salary and full and final settlement is not paid.
