Verde Agritech is committed to sustainable agriculture and promoting the best of sustainable soil health. It is awesome to work for a Company whose mission and products can be fully supported and promoted - you know you are working for the "good guys".
Inconvénients
Verde's founder and CEO is one of the biggest shareholders and has been the CEO since the Company was launched in 2005. In 2020 he paid himself R$4.125 million when all other employees only made R$33,000 on average. All employees work really hard to make the Company a success, and I don't think it fair that the CEO takes more for himself than all other employees earn together.
