      Avantages

      Good place to work for until you give your 15 day notice

      Inconvénients

      Worked for this company for couple years but when I gave my 15 day notice things changed . I was not paid my bonus and had hard time with the employer with the transition to a different company.

      Avantages

      At Vensoft, I gained strong exposure to client-facing QA projects, leading automation initiatives using Selenium and API testing frameworks. I also learned to adapt quickly in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments, improving my prioritization and problem-solving skills.

      Inconvénients

      The only challenge was that sometimes project schedules were very tight, so I had to learn to manage priorities efficiently — but that also made me stronger in time management.

      I believe office needed little development.
