      Avantages

      Valpak is a very progressive company in the direct response and digital media space.The training and sales tools it provides reps are excellent along with 1st class support for print & digital products.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, some of the support tools to help advertisers target their best customers such as geomapping are only available to U.S. franchisees along with new product launches which can take 6 months to 2 years to reach Canadian franchises.

      Avantages

      Flexibility, and a great group of people on the team.

      Inconvénients

      Constant changes in policies and protocals. Little communication throughout the whole company. Low pay, no increases in 4 years yet Sales Reps are rewarded trips and other perks. It was difficult to know who to reach out to with questions as roles and duties were constantly changing. The Corporate environment changed what was once a great place to work.
