      Avantages

      This organization listens to their customers and staff, and as a result, tasks are completed without the bureaucracy that plagues larger corporations. This also means that they want to hire people who enjoy getting things done.

      they have not yet fully embraced work from home culture

      Avantages

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Inconvénients

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

      Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
