      Avantages

      Astronomical opportunity for personal and professional growth. Generous PTO and good healthcare benefits. Compensation was excellent. Managers were receptive to feedback.

      Inconvénients

      Too corporate for my liking.

      Avantages

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Inconvénients

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

      Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
