Reward risks - Presidents club for sales cancelled after the end of the year and after winners had been announced Sales organization divided into 2 branches (Enterprise and Commercial) causing large amounts of internal conflict due to no formal, enforced rules (customer assignments and sales achievement). No feeling like we're "one team" anymore.
