Market dominance overwhelms institutional incompetence. With as much churn as experienced over the last year and a half as well as new management; there is a lot of potential for improvement.

Green middle management is poor at resource management resulting in few opportunities for professional growth and knowledge sharing. Poor coordination of resources and internal posturing stints ability for leveraging experiences to provide best solutions to clients. Lack of project management experience further complicates things. SMB/Commercial focus hinders ability to credibly discuss solutions with enterprise providers. Engagements with an excess of two individuals over 5 weeks tax the abilities of the engagement management, when in reality this is when EMs should be used. Environment of upwards management breeds questionable ethics by individuals working to move up the chain as well as poor collaboration or delegation due to the need to impress. Upper Management seems fine, but there message is completely lost on the multiple levels of relative incompetence between them and the clients.
