      Avantages

      Some very bright engineers and individuals for a Florida location. Very relaxed environment without too much micro-managing.

      Inconvénients

      Absolutely no bonus structures defined. Most long-time employees got screwed with their Stock Options with some clever management maneuvers. Company has lost focus in their core product, and is trying to play catch-up with other bigger players in the security industry.

      Avantages

      VIPRE has been part of Ziff Davis since 2018. The company has been transformed within the last few years with a new leadership who really cares. Our voices are heard and we have new employee platforms that help managers to motivate and reward our teams. Our benefits are outstanding and compensation is on the market. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Inconvénients

      Remote work could be challenging but we have team meetings and use regular video Zoom meetings, play games, and stay connected. We also can travel to meetings and events.
