      Avantages

      Employees are empowered to make decisions. Management really listens to feedback and is able to pinpoint and correct issues quickly. Overall team atmosphere and a company with vision.

      Inconvénients

      This is a high production environment. If you aren't a hard worker, this isn't the place for you.

      Avantages

      VIPRE has been part of Ziff Davis since 2018. The company has been transformed within the last few years with a new leadership who really cares. Our voices are heard and we have new employee platforms that help managers to motivate and reward our teams. Our benefits are outstanding and compensation is on the market. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Inconvénients

      Remote work could be challenging but we have team meetings and use regular video Zoom meetings, play games, and stay connected. We also can travel to meetings and events.
