      Salary was decent Bonuses were accessible Medical and dental benefits were good Good 401K

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, no permanent schedule, no weekends off Hard to schedule vacation time and can only take one week at a time Vision insurance was a joke

      Avantages

      Very easy to get a flexible schedule. Pretty decent pay. Thorough training and easy to catch on to entry level jobs quickly.

      Inconvénients

      Not much opportunity for advancement, unless you want to work long hard hours. It can be very stressful at times

      Free food - restaurant managers are hard workers

      Inconvénients

      Lack of respect - good old boys club environment between upper management - not open to new ideas - a lot of behind the back work going on
