      Avantages

      I was initially hesitant after reading some of the older reviews on Glassdoor, but I’m so glad I decided to accept the internship. From my first interview through onboarding and throughout my four months at the agency, everyone was incredibly friendly and supportive. I was given meaningful, hands-on work, and my opinions were always valued. My managers were amazing mentors who really cared about helping me learn and grow. I also loved that the company was fully remote.

      Inconvénients

      The pace can be fast, so it might feel intense if you prefer a slower environment, but the clients are super fun and interesting!

      I can’t say enough good things about UpSpring. I began my career here practically fresh out of college, and the opportunities I’ve been given to grow both personally and professionally have been endless. Working at UpSpring, you feel supported, heard, and like it’s truly a place where you can develop and thrive. Not to mention the tight-knit community. The culture is fueled by optimism, professionalism, and, at the end of the day, joy. Managers are invested in your growth and are always rooting for one another. The best perk? A fully remote working environment.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prepared to adapt quickly. While this is true of PR agencies in general, a strong sense of direction and a level-headed approach are important here. You will always have support and oversight, but it’s important to stay proactive and move quickly to stay on top of priorities and meet KPIs and goals.
