Great place to work, can take complete ownership, learnt a lot in AI and management. Founder and senior management gives a lot of flexibility if someone wants to take ownership. Initially growth was stagnant but last year company has grown a lot.

No such cons, great culture if you are ambitious. But otherwise can feel a bit competitive.
