      Stable employment, good people, C-Suite making positive changes as a system.

      Inconvénients

      Limited professional development, loss of PTO and cell phone benefits under previous CEO. Lack of investment in technology to help get the work done. Unwillingness do deal with low to non-performers which only creates more work for others.
