This place is a sinking ship. This used to be the best hospital in Des Moines and thanks to leadership focusing on expanding instead of perfecting, we are in a huge crisis.

Nursing leadership needs to be fired from the top down. They care about the budget, not patient safety.

Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
