      If you have a good local management team, this is a great company to work for.

      Inconvénients

      Bad management does exist here sometimes. This is when it starts to feel like you are a cog in the machine.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
