Since being hired by United Rentals in 2014 I have felt empowered, supported and energized. Often when working at a Fortune 500 company one may feel like a number, but at United Rentals I am a valued employee with goals and aspirations. Every person on my leadership team has always supported me as a female in a male populated industry and provided me with opportunities to proudly represent my company in external and internal organizational events. I have always been encouraged to lead and participate in initiatives that bring awareness to the positive impact that diversity and inclusion brings to the construction industry.
