      grande entreprise, marque reconnue dans l'industrie

      Inconvénients

      la gestion du district terrible, CYA et jeter les gens sous le bus est la seule façon de naviguer à travers cette structure de gestion. malheureux car ils ont des gens compétents et compétents dans les «rangs inférieurs». culture terrible toujours conscience et paranoïaque de la haute direction.

      Avantages

      For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

      Inconvénients

      The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
