      Loved working for this company. The clients you support are amazing and the staff are always willing to help.

      Nothing against the company but If other staff members didn't show up your plans for the rest of the day were affected.

      Decent culture and generally people with a good heart. Also you get to work with some great people and clients in disability.

      Inconvénients

      High turnover rate of managers as is often the case in disability.

      Good pay, good free training, room to grow

      Inconvénients

      profit over quality of care, high turnover of staff, encouraged to speak up about issues and then punished for doing so
