Avantages
Nothing is good about this company except the flexible timing I guess.
Inconvénients
Every thing is bad about this company in the offer letter they specified that there will be a introductory session but nothing was done. The recruiting manager was nothing better he can't give any proper instructions don't reply when you need help related to the work or if you have problem understanding something. And I have doubt that they will pay me the stipend they have specified in the offer letter.
