      Good place to start and learn basic skills

      Pay is not good, Lots of project not in a good place, People in high places not capable and positions only given to network/ friends, Grown too fast for them to handle correctly, Leaders thinking only of shareholders.

      Avantages

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
