T-shirts and jeans are appropriate, no suits required. The marketing department is very small but is great for someone who is starting in the field looking to gain experience. Be prepared to learn various aspects of internet marketing and open-minded to new ideas. There is room to grow in this department since it's small, but of course only if you put in the work and stay a responsible employee.
Inconvénients
Only 5 PTO days a year. This is the same for every employee, no matter how long they've been at the company. No other benefit options available besides health. Since there is a lot of competition in the field of promotional technology, it can be stressful and difficult in the marketing department to come up with various ideas for USB drives.
