      1. You get to live in Stuttgart, Germany which is an amazing city. 2. Can work on some of the most meaningful policy/military issues facing the USA 3. Work schedule allows for work/family balance

      1. Office/staff work can be monotonous 2. Definite ceiling for promotion material working here 3. Winter's in the area can be harsh

      Avantages

      It is in Germany, that can not be beat. Travel opportunities abound. Campus is pleasant. Friendly local community.

      Inconvénients

      Not all of the personnel in management are qualified to hold their positions, but are getting "seasoned" for even higher positions. Can be annoying when responding to breaking events and one needs to provide extra background.
