      Interview was on point with JD floated and interview was very chill primarily focusing on knowledge and work experience. Onboarding is very smooth , all process are well defined.

      Inconvénients

      Pre Onboarding process could have been better by Providing more information earlier

      Avantages

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      Inconvénients

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      Avantages

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.

      Some days were really slow with no real involvement in activities
