Great if you can stay long term to gain experience and more responsibilities. May make connections with faculty and graduate students. Great for graduate school apps.
Inconvénients
It may get more repetitive than you realize. Hours can vary on the week. Some professors or graduate students can be more demanding that others, so know their background. You won't always get a paid position either.
