This job is amazing! The staff is awesome and everybody is extremely nice. There's also little to no stress that comes with this job.

Inconvénients

It's hard to move up and get a promotion. The only way to do so is if someone leaves, which is not always likely.

Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
