The commission structure is one of the best in the industry. No deficit model, no discretionary decisions, it’s all in black and white. Extra benefits include flexible hours between 8am-6pm, with standard 40 hour weeks - you are not expected to work longer than this. Awesome days out - Australian Open, Melbourne Cup, winery trips and all inclusive trips interstate - Sydney on a chartered yacht for example! You also get your birthday off and free coffee and fruit in the office. It truly is the best business I have worked for and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a career move, you will not be disappointed.
Inconvénients
An office environment doesn’t get much better. A chef to prepare lunch would be nice.
