They encourage your development as a person as well as an employee. Not only do they encourage you to attend that workshop/seminar/event, but the environment you work in and the feedback you receive kind of makes you want to go out and do those things to better for yourself. Opportunities to create your own projects or assist with other projects. Open door policy, managers and coworkers are really easy to talk to. Dog friendly because animals are fun. Lots of new toys/technology for "research". Nice desk set up. Get what you need (want?). WFH, but you may not want to because your desk is so nice. Baked goods on Wednesdays. Pizza on Fridays. Order specific snacks if you want a specific snack. 2 ply toilet paper. Great people :).
Inconvénients
I have to make a U turn on a narrow street to get to the office and there's no way of avoiding that. My car will be forever dusty and dirty because the trees in the lot are ruthless.
