For tough traveling sales, they have a ridiculously low commission structure which blocks out at least 90% or reps or more from obtaining even a modest commissions, for hustling the brand ten days in a row, away from friends home. Shirt packs are also not presented well from the manufacturer who is cutting corners on proper packaging, so reps try to do their best to keep them looking at least decent for the customers. This is a big no no for any retail type of sales, as presentation is so very important, but it just seems to go on and on and even has gotten worse over time.
So far, I do not see the company wanting to truly take and make good changes from feedback in the field, as they say they want, but time to will tell. Hope so!
