Avantages

*Low cost health insurance. *Casual work environment. *Approachable middle management. *Generally friendly coworkers. *1 hour lunch break. *Paid time off. *Optional faith based activities (ex: weekly Bible study).

Inconvénients

*Favorism in upper management is obviously and allowed. If you are well liked, you are seen as untouchable. You can be rude, spread rumors, exhibit unprofessional behavior, and you will still be promoted into management. *Bullying/gossip is tollerated/brushed under the table. *You WILL do work that is above your pay grade and you will be told this is acceptable. *Managers are placed in their position based on their tax knowledge alone, not their ability to manage or lead a team. *Pay is below the industry average; raises don't keep up with inflation. The starting rate for a new hire increases at a higher rate each year than the raises for current staff. How would YOU feel if your peers with 2 years experience were out earning peers with 5, 6, 10+ years of experience? For the same job title and responsibilities? It is very sad. *Little room for long term growth/advancement. *Lack of communication from upper management - you will play a game of telephone when receiving both tasks and performance feedback from those above you. You will be expected to tolerate this. *Lack of transparency. *Very little flexibility (i.e. very few work from home days). *No overtime compensation for salaried employees.

Working at TriTech Software was a very rewarding experience! The company fosters a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous growth, where every employee’s contributions are truly valued. Leadership is both visionary and approachable, creating a supportive environment where innovation and initiative are encouraged. I enjoyed my team, the opportunities to serve others, and the work-life balance afforded. From professional development opportunities to a fun, faith-centered culture, TriTech is a place where you can thrive both personally and professionally.

Avantages

It was a place where you could walk in, learn the complex world of insurance premium tax from scratch, and feel like you were part of a team that actually valued your personal life and your growth.

Inconvénients

Tri Tech Software used to feel like a place where you could actually build a career, surrounded by people who genuinely cared about the work and each other. There was a time when the environment felt professional and steady, and you felt like a valued part of the team rather than just a seat-filler. That version of the company is gone now, and it’s honestly depressing to see what’s happened to the place. I’ve seen some rough changes over the last year: we’re talking about management that treats the staff like they’re under surveillance with cameras everywhere, training that’s basically "figure it out yourself" on ancient, clunky software systems, and leadership that seems to have completely checked out while expecting us to pull miracles out of thin air during the tax season crunch. The inconsistency from the top is the worst part—one day everything is fine, and the next you’re being micromanaged by people who don’t even understand the workflows they’re demanding. Favoritism is everywhere, and if you aren't in the inner circle, your hard work just goes unnoticed while they move the goalposts again. I used to be proud to work there, but now I’d tell anyone looking for a job to save themselves the headache. The talent is leaving, the leadership has lost the plot, and the "culture" they talk about in meetings is just a hollow script. Don't waste your time.
