The company is in bad shape, their code is in shambles, no customer can run even a decently sized business without throwing tons of hardware on problems. they are on the verge of losing even the existing customers, their data center is a joke with most incompetent people, who have no technical background managing it. Their customer facing organization has no technical depth and no business acumen. Triple point can not even can not get good reference from existing customers. The management is desperate, but they do not have any skill set as they have inbred for a long time moreover earlier mostly promotions were based on favouritism by the owner and the founder, good technical guys are leaving in droves, very few knowledgeable people are left now.
