      Avantages

      Positive fun evironment, encourages education and skill enhancement through training, very personably and great work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Few opportunities for upward advancement, vary narrow scope of products. Needs more staffing for the workload it tries to bring in.

      Avantages

      Mgmt encourages classes, etc. to keep up technical skills. Lots of opportunity to try new approaches, tool sets, etc. Good bonuses. No micromanaging.

      Inconvénients

      Mgmt need to give more performance feedback (both positive and negative). No clear advancement track or salary increase structure. Mgmt sometimes plays favorites.
