Despite being in a position to investigate and intervene, they ignored red flags and allowed unlawful practices to continue unchecked. Also, TriNet should seriously reconsider how they vet the companies they take on as clients. There are organizations under their umbrella that are repeatedly breaking federal employment laws. By turning a blind eye, TriNet risks being complicit and legally entangled in those violations.
