Avantages

I love my coworkers and manager. The people I work with everyday are great. TriNet Benefits, especially medical, are very rich. TriNet pays for a good portion of them for the colleague and family.

Inconvénients

The executive & senior leadership team lack direction. We're a very top-heavy company with too many directors and VPs. Maybe it would be ok if we had automation to do the work, but we don't. We rely on manual processing, which requires people. So, like most companies, we look for ways to save and it's often at the expense of the teams that do the work. We could truly unburden ourselves by getting rid of at least half of the VPs and Directors and hire people that automate our processes.

Avantages

Great colleagues and previously great benefits and remote opportunities. I learned a lot in my role and was able to contribute to the development of my team's processes. A lot of training options including certificate tracks, wellness sessions and financial learning.

Inconvénients

Frequent recurring layoffs, which results in a lot of insecurity and suspicion. Leadership decided to invest in new centers in Atlanta and India, reducing remote options and US-based roles, and offsite gatherings for several hundred employees right before a large, company-wide layoff. Very little opportunity for advancement or promotion.
