      Avantages

      Lovely, talented people (NOT including the CEO) - unfortunately most have now been driven away by poor management & bullying Could work from home Good clients, until they get driven away by management Nice offices in Glasgow

      Inconvénients

      The CEO - a monstrous ego who refuses to accept or believe they could ever make an error or be wrong in any way. Bullying & micromanagement on a daily basis and won't listen to any dissenting voices, no matter how constructive the input. Has actually made clients cry in the past & refuse to ever work with them again. Lots of stuff promised, but never delivered Poor morale

      Avantages

      This is a solid agency that took me on at my level and allowed me to advance my skills and knowledge. Transiris has given me the freedom to work remotely, travel all around Europe and the United States while being paid. The people are nice, I enjoy the work and I enjoy communicating with the clients, many of which are the top of their fields.

      Inconvénients

      The standards and expectations are high and it's not a job for those who just want to take it easy.
