      Avantages

      - lots of additional perks no matter which function you work with - small firm, great impact, cash rich firm - brings a lot of value on the table because of the leading bureau business - US leaderships cares about how the international folks are treated

      Inconvénients

      - sometimes can get too exhausting as work hours are long but okay - very small firm so you might not get huge campuses like Big Tech

      Inconvénients

      I wrote this review based on facts, not emotion. As others have mentioned, this company is morally bankrupt, unethical and is cruel when it comes to layoffs and firings even if skillsets are current. The organization has weaponized the PIP process to "manage" people out of the organization due to management and technology changes, and their HR and legal team will ensure no severance will be paid upon dismissal. This is a maximum two year and done gig if lucky.
