      Avantages

      Plano office is a nightmare. Terrible management, hostile work environment, high turnover. This company does not know anything about running a modern day IT shop. Only work here if you don't value you mental health. Ask in the interview about turnover in the DBA position.

      Inconvénients

      Pay and benefits could be better, in particular would like more vacation time. Conflicting priorities and sometimes the plan keeps changing making it hard to complete tasks on time.
