      There were no pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      They use and abuse you. They fired a manager after 15+ years, telling him he was not qualified. (He was a great manager, they brought someone in who was 15 years his junior to cut costs).

      Inconvénients

      Pay and benefits could be better, in particular would like more vacation time. Conflicting priorities and sometimes the plan keeps changing making it hard to complete tasks on time.
