Avantages
Can't really think of any, the gym for $50 a year is probably the best thing they have to offer.
Inconvénients
There is zero training once you are hired. They will hire you on the spot and the first day the have you making calls trying to make appointments. You're trying to sell a product that you know next to nothing about and if you don't make the appointments, they will let you go immediately, without hesitation. They will keep saying that "training is coming" but it never will. You have to learn on your own the entire product and be able to sell it, very tough to do. Customer will ask you questions that you have no idea what the answer is. Also, the pay is terrible. It's solely on commission, don't make your sales, won't be getting paid. Management only cares about sales and them making their commission off of your hard work. While I was there, I witnessed 3 people get fired within one week for not making enough appointments for the senior sales reps or not making the monthly sales quota. I'd recommend to stay away unless this is something that interests you. I left after I realized what was really going on with this company.
