      Avantages

      The team there is amazing. Everyone is always willing to help each other and there is zero discrepancy in communication as long as you aren’t afraid to do so. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, definitely worth working/interning at if you want to dip your toes into a lab environment or learning more about hazardous chemicals and reducing them.

      Inconvénients

      The pay isn’t great but as to be expected of a such a new start up. They do what they can for you.
