      Avantages

      TouchPoint is a collaborative team where every voice is heard. Every member of the team is valued and expected to contribute regardless of position. The leadership team leads by example and treats employees with dignity and respect. During a the economic downturn caused by Covid, members of the leadership team reduced their own salaries in an attempt to avoid layoffs.

      Inconvénients

      Not many. The health benefits are good, but premiums seems a bit higher than average.

      Best culture, genuine environment, serve churches, remote, cold calls/emails, prospecting, sales, fun team, travel, great steppingstone, and more....

      Inconvénients

      Professional growth can be an issue if there's not an opportunity

      Avantages

      - Transparency - Constantly challenging each other to get better - You get a sense that leadership truly cares for the whole team - Freedom to be creative and try new ideas within reason - Speaking your mind is encouraged in just about any forum - "I'm open to that" is a common phrase used by leadership

      Inconvénients

      Company is in full growth mode which means you may not have all of the bells and whistles you would in a corporate environment but that is offset by the passion and spirit that the team has about the work we do.
