      Avantages

      The pay is very competitive for this area in northern Alabama.

      Inconvénients

      There is very poor communication between departments even though there is an open door policy which leads to a lot of misunderstanding and a somewhat lacking productivity.

      Avantages

      pay is fair for easy job. you can sign up for other internal jobs. all leadership is promoted from with in the company.

      Inconvénients

      hours worked can be alot. plenty of OT available if you want it, but also mandatory at times.
