      Avantages

      some good people trying to do their best in spite of everything

      Inconvénients

      Owners have very muddled and distrustful internal culture / there is a complete lack of consistent and measured improvement . Generally a complete confusion of creative ambition mixed with a desire to be cheaper, faster easier.

      Avantages

      They act to be very passionate and enthusiastic when they approach you and when they want things from you.

      Inconvénients

      They do not provide support to their employees. They have horrible communication skills. Feel like you whole life is wasted while waiting for them to make decisions.
